Apply + Interview
Fill out an application here and one of our mentor coaches will contact you for an interview.
Train with us
We’ll walk you through a training session to equip you for success as a mentor as your relationship grows.
Match with your mentee
Now the fun begins! We prayerfully consider each pairing to help ensure the best possible opportunity for long-term success.
We provide support for you and your mentee every step of the way so that you can focus on forming a deep relationship and pointing them toward Jesus.
Requirements
- Mentors must be at least 18 years of age.
- Mentors must be followers of Jesus, involved in a local church and agree to the Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith.
- We believe that consistency and time are crucial for impact. For this reason, we ask that mentors:
- Make a minimum commitment two years
- Meet with your mentee at least twice a month in person
To help encourage our mentor/mentee relationships, our Mentor Connect team hosts several events throughout the year.
